A fully qualified Early Years Educator with over a decade of experience in the Education industry, I hold a degree in BA Hons Early Childhood Studies. Throughout my university journey, I was a mentor for first-year students where I provided tutoring, specialising in essay writing and knowledge development as well as providing advice and support. This dedication resulted in consistently high-grade boundaries for my students. I assess academic performance by enhancing students' current grades through focused tutoring.

In addition to teaching, I provide comprehensive essay support, elevating students’ confidence, grades and understanding of challenging topics. With qualifications in English as a Second Language, I can also provide English lessons for those needing support. My overarching goal is to empower students academically, facilitating a deeper comprehension of their studies through personalised mentoring and effective teaching methods.

Tutoring Experience

With over a decade of professional experience working with children aged 0-13 years, my journey in early childhood education has been rich and diverse. From nurseries and primary schools to wrap-around care settings, I’ve had the privilege of positively impacting the lives of countless young learners.

In these roles, I’ve honed my skills in creating nurturing environments that support children’s growth and development across various domains. Whether it’s fostering early literacy and numeracy skills, promoting social-emotional well-being, or facilitating hands-on learning experiences, I’m dedicated to providing quality care and education to each child I encounter.

My experience extends beyond professional settings, as I’ve also played a significant role in caring for children within my own family, including my own child. These personal experiences have deepened my understanding of children’s needs and enriched my approach to caregiving and education.

In addition to my practical experience, I’ve spent five years teaching and mentoring students in university and college settings. Through courses related to childcare, education, and health and social care, I’ve had the opportunity to impart knowledge, inspire passion, and foster critical thinking among future educators and caregivers. I strive to empower students to become compassionate, skilled professionals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of children and families.

I offer multiple pathways to learning and provide individualized support to accommodate varied abilities and learning paces.
