I am passionate about English teaching and am also a keen writer and have written for many local magazines and websites. I also have a degree in politics and an Internet in current affairs.
I am an experience teacher of English and am currently the deputy head of my English department.
I have experience teaching English Language and English Literature to ages 11-16 (KS3 and KS4).
I have taught towards both the AQA and EDEXCEL exams and have a lot of experience teaching the following texts: Animal Farm, Lord of the Flies, Inspector Calls, Blood Brothers, Romeo and Juliet, Macbeth, A Christmas Carol and Jekyll and Hyde.
I have an engaging approach and have tutored students who have achieved grade 9s in English as well a students who are developing their grasp of the English language.
