Tutoring Experience

I have been a tutor for over 10 years both for children of ages 8-15 in Maths and English and for adults in Microsoft Excel. I have been tutoring my current tutee from primary school level to GCSE.

I have provided Financial Planning and Analysis workshops at London South Bank University and Breaking Barriers, a refugee training charity.

Tutoring Approach

I tailor my tuition largely to the needs of the student, depending on their requirements and working style. However, my preferred method is to split each session into covering material being learned at school and taking short practice tests to assess weak areas and revise for exams. While tutoring to any required curricula I will also try to instil the love of a subject into a student by guiding them to other fascinating areas of the subject and discovering areas of interests to support the subject's framework.
