Hi there, my name is Jade. I am a first-class Accountancy and Finance student in the final year of my degree at the University of Glasgow. A top Russell Group university that ranks within the top 3 institutions for Accounting and Finance worldwide.

Attending this university was at one point, just a dream of mine. But that dream became my reality, thanks to my hard work and the teachers that helped me realise it was achievable for me. My goal as a tutor is to inspire my students and help them realise that no dream/aspiration is too big, the same way my teachers did for me.

Tutoring Experience

I've been tutoring students for the last 4 years. Majority of my experience as a tutor has been with KS3, GSCE, IGCSE and A-level students but I am open to teaching students in primary education too.

All of my students have achieved grades A*- C and have gone on to continue their education at their desired institutions.

Tutoring Approach

Patience and dedication are two of my strongest qualities as a tutor. I believe that patience and dedication can help any student reach impossible heights, regardless of their starting point.

I always spend the first lesson getting to know my student so I can tailor lessons to suit their specific needs. I start by assessing their strengths and weaknesses, finding out what learning style is most effective for the student.

My job as a tutor is to prepare students to do as best as they can for exams and assessments. But the job also extends into teaching students how to study independently and furthermore how to enjoy studying.

I equip my students with :

- Customised tests.
- Study booklets and exam resources.
