Studied and taught at Charles H Cecil studio in Florence for 4 years, during that time students had works exhibited at the royal society of oil painters, the royal society of portrait painters and many more, having moved back to London, i am a full time artist who teaches privately and returns to florence regularly to return to teach at Charles H Cecil studios

Tutoring Approach

my teaching method is one based on atelier training, teaching to students the art of seeing (sounds simple i know, deceptive) training there eye up to a level where they can accurately interpret nature. the majority of this will be using the sight size technique. there will also be a large focus on the historical aspects of realist painting.
