I am a French native speaker and a UK qualified adult teacher. I have lived in England for over 25 years and in Spain for 3 years. I started teaching privately because the work gives me more flexibility when you have children and family commitments, and I love it!

Tutoring Experience

During the Covid 19 period, my work is exclusively on SKYPE, ZOOM and GOOGLE HANGOUTS.
I know very well the GCSE and A level curriculum. I have taught in a Language and Music school in Loughton essentially for GCSE and A level exams and for the Adult Community Learning in Harlow. In the past years I worked in St Nicholas independent school in Sheering helping the year 10 and 11 to get outstanding grades and as a language teacher to primary classes .
I have also taught A level at Tottenham Hot Spurs. My last assignment was teaching Spanish in an outstanding school in Brentwood (Becket keys church school).

Tutoring Approach

Because of the diversity of the job (I have taught at different ages from primary all the way to adult and at different levels) I have learnt many different approach to learning.
Being a Tutor allows me to give learners the time and confidence they need. I am patient with my students and I understand the challenge of learning a foreign language having been through it myself with 2 languages.
I am consistent in my work and always try to make tuition pleasurable by using different materials and games, and whether it is conversational French or in preparation of the exams.
