I needed a Russian tutor to help me prepare a speech in Russian. Irina thoroughly understood the requirement and was quite brilliant in helping me get everything right. Apart from just correcting my own efforts she sent me a complete voice message that ensured that my pronunciation was as good as it could be. The fact that my speech went down well is fully due to Irina and her attention to detail. I am indebted to her, and I hope to return to her teaching when I get the time. Спасибо, ирина!!

Irina is a thoughtful and engaging teacher. Her well-constructed lesson plans make the Russian language accessible for anyone eager to learn the language. She carefully designs each lesson to meet the individual needs of her students. She is patient and encouraging and comes to each session with a smile on her face. I am incredibly lucky to have found Irina and I highly recommend her as a tutor to anyone interested in learning Russian.

Irina is an excellent tutor and tailors her lessons to her student's needs. After requesting some lessons to improve my Russian diction, she put together numerous excercises on the subject and patiently helped me overcome many of the errors in my speech.

I have had weekly lessons with Irina for a few months now and feel like I am making good progress. Irina's lessons are fun and engaging. She displays a very good understanding of languages and their structures and uses this to challenge students, whilst at the same time ensuring they remain engaged and enjoy what they are doing. During lessons she has displayed a lot of empathy and is always willing to support with any difficulties experienced during the learning process.

Irina has been extremely helpful with my Russian studies as she is clear in her explaining and teaching.

Irina is an excellent tutor.
I asked her to work with my son to improve his confidence in spoken Russian in the run-up to his GCSE speaking exam, and she did a tremendous job! She went on to help him prepare for his listening exam, and I'd have no hesitation in recommending her for her organised and calm manner, which created the confidence he needed to manage his nerves on the day.
Plus, and most importantly, due to her work he continues to be a confident Russian speaker, now the exams are over, as that is ultimately what we all wanted.

Irina has been teaching my primary-school age daughter Russian pretty much from scratch over a few months now. Irina has been truly wonderful and my little girl is making good progress.
