¡Hola! My name is Irene and I'm a Spanish teacher from The Basque Country, Spain. At the moment I'm a language assistant at a College in Surrey but back at my home country I have already worked as a teacher of Spanish language and literature. I am delighted to introduce both new learners and those with more experience to the incredible world of the Spanish language and its culture.
I studied In Vitoria a Degree on Hispanic Studies for four years and last year I did a master's degree on Master in Teachers from Compulsory Secondary Education and Bachiller, Vocational Training and Language Teaching. Last year, I had the opportunity to teach in a Secondary School (GSCS and A level) in Salamanca, Spain, where I gained valuable insights into the art of teaching. I possess experience in teaching Spanish and its literature through private lessons and official classes, such as those in Secondary School.
To learn a new language, it's important to practice speaking with good resources. In my classes, we'll work on improving grammar and talking skills using interesting materials. We'll also practice learning new words and getting better at writing. Plus, I'm here to help with homework or any other concerns you may have about the language.
