I am a first-class Oxford graduate, a Yenching Scholar at Peking University, and an award-winning educator with ten years of teaching experience. I have a strong record of helping students gain offers from prestigious institutions, including Eton, Cambridge, UCL, and the City of London School for Girls.

Currently, I am writing a world history book for young readers, supported by a prestigious writer’s grant. This builds on my work as an independent researcher and science communicator, with over 100 hours of interviews with leading scholars and collaborations with research centres in the US, China, and Oxford. These experiences animate my teaching, bringing a uniquely broad and engaging perspective to every lesson.

I have ten years of experience providing bespoke private tuition both online and in-person, working independently as well as within broader pedagogical teams. I have extensive experience teaching humanities and basic science to students of all ages, from kindergarten through to adult learners.

I have also gained extensive teaching experience in formal academic settings across multiple countries, working with students from primary to university level. I assisted in organizing the inaugural UK Summer School at St Peter’s College, University of Oxford, designed for students aged 15–18 from Maple Leaf Education Systems, China’s largest independent K–12 school network. In this role, I designed curricula for a team of Oxford-educated tutors and provided instructional support, ensuring high-quality delivery of the program.
