I completed an undergraduate degree in BSc Sociolgy with Psychology from City University London in 2016. I then went on to attain my Primary PGCE at University College London in 2017 and more recently my NQT year at Parkgate Junior School in 2018.

Tutoring Experience

I have completed over 4 years of work experience with children in all stages of infant and primary schools. I have been tutoring for almost 5 and a half years, and I am currently tutoring English and Maths. I am a fluent in English and Urdu and have taught children from mixed ethnic backgrounds and SEN.

Tutoring Approach

I have a lot of patience and like to take my time when teaching something difficult, so the students fully understand. I believe that not every pupil is the same and will have different methods of learning, therefore, it is important to understand the students way of learning, and use the appropriate teaching style with them. I like to use a variety of different teaching techniques that I have picked up from my work experience and from teacher training meetings, and believe these have made a big difference to the students I am currently tutoring.
