Hello, my name is Holly! I am a Veterinary Medicine student and I studied chemistry, biology and psychology to A Level, achieving 3 A* grades and full uniform marks in many of my modules, along with the prize for the highest achieving Psychology student in my school at A Level. I continue to study biochemistry as part of my degree. I am particularly passionate about chemistry and have tutored younger siblings and friends in chemistry at GCSE and A Level. I am a good communicator and have a strong work ethic. I enjoy helping people understand how amazing chemistry can be.
During my spare time, I enjoy horse riding and playing the piano!

Tutoring Experience

I have experience tutoring my younger siblings and friends in GCSE and A Level Chemistry. I have also worked as a horse riding instructor and I enjoy the process of teaching people new skills.

Tutoring Approach

I recognise that people learn in different ways and I adjust my teaching using various techniques to help them learn. With subjects such as chemistry which may be difficult to understand, I use several different approaches to explaining a concept or a problem so students can learn and understand in a way that works best for them.
