Tutoring Approach

I take a friendly and patient approach to teaching. I feel that whoever I am teaching, is an extension of me and therefore I would like the utmost best for them. Maths can cause a lot of frustration, but a little help outside the classroom can make a huge difference. As a result, I set high yet realistic targets to push students to achieve well. With a 2:1 in Mathematical Sciences from City University, London, I have a solid foundation to help students with new and often seemingly difficult concepts.I am empathetic and understand what it is like to be a high school student. I am also open, friendly and approachable, allowing me to be very helpful for the tutee.
