Hello, I'm Helena. I'm a passionate and youthful PE teacher known for my patience, approachability and enthusiasm. I find great fulfillment in my role as a classroom teacher in PE and Dance, as well as in my tutoring responsibilities. Success in teaching is something I truly enjoy.

Tutoring Experience

I have three years of experience teaching both PE GCSE and the Health and Fitness course. My passion for physical education drives me to help students achieve their goals and boost their self-confidence. Throughout my teaching journey, I have consistently encouraged my students to give their best effort.

Tutoring Approach

I maintain a flexible teaching approach, where I customise my teaching to align with the unique needs and capabilities of each student. If necessary, I can shift towards a student-led approach, allowing them to express their challenges and preferences, which serves as our starting point for the learning process. This approach allows us to focus on the strengths and weaknesses of the individual regarding subject knowledge.
