I am sorry but Helen was not enthusiastic. After releasing her details from agency I had contacted her and ask her availability and gave her convenient time options for us on Friday but she didn’t respond me. May be due to her some personal reasons she didn’t. So I have decided to get a new tutor as I can’t wait to join the lessons soon for my son.Thanks

I was about to message you today although technicall**Contact Detail Removed**liday (to touch base), a time when I don’t like disturbing people regarding lessons as life balance is important to myself and my clients is important to myself too.
I'm sorry it didn't workout, if you'd been honest and clear about your intentions, in that you were trying to plan 3 tutors times this would not have occurred.
I can only assume this rating was out of your frustration and I am sorry you feel this way. My family and downtime is important to me.

Helen has been my daughter's tutor for the last five weeks now and what a transformation! My daughter is more confident and loves completing the work Helen sets on a week by week basis. Helen started tutoring our son about 6 months before his 11+ exams. We were very pleased with her service. She had a friendly, patient and encouraging approach and focused on areas he struggled with in his Maths and English too. Helen tutored my daughter for the grammar school entrance exams and general year 5 maths in 2017.Our experience with Helen was excellent! My daughter really liked her and became much more confident in maths in school immediately. She also passed both the Bexley and the Kent grammar school exams.
I can highly recommend Helen, and if my daughter is not feeling confident about her maths skills in year 6, we'll definitely be looking at more tutoring with her.

My daughter struggled with 11+ English and disliked the subject. Since Helen has been tutoring her she has improved significantly which is reflected in her school tests and other 11+ mock tests. She looks forward to every lesson and never wants to miss any of them even when she's feeling poorly. English comprehension was her weakest subject and now it's her strongest!
