Tutoring Experience

I have taught Computer Science at the same school for 11 years helping students learn Python programming from year 7 through to year 13. I teach GCSE and A level and assist students taking part in extra curricular programming challenges along with cyber competitions.

Tutoring Approach

With a lot of current teaching experience I would start with assessing where the student currently is and what gaps they have in knowledge - preferably I would contact their current school (if they are studying at school) to work closely with their teacher. I teach the AQA GCSE specification but the content for OCR is very similar so I would be happy to tutor for this exam board as well.
