Tutoring Experience

As a final year medical student, I’ve had many years of experience in tutoring the students in the year below me. I’ve also taught my family members and family friends from key stage 2, all the way to A-level. I believe I have the communication and the correct approach to help school children excel.

Tutoring Approach

Very heavily focused on figuring out what exactly examiners are looking for. Exam technique is by far the most important aspect of studying when it comes to school based exams.

In terms of knowledge retention, I have a big focus on spaced repetition and active recall principles based on the Ebbinghaus forgetting curve.
