Johanna has provided wonderful support and guidance to my son in his GCSE year. Personally, I have appreciated her flexibility, for example, in scheduling sessions, even though we've been in lockdown for most of it!

Johanna is an engaging and enthusiastic tutor. Everything was going well, but in the last month (January 20201) I have not be able to get in touch with her, left numerous voice messages and texts, with no response. Very disappointed.
Dear Babita I am sorry that you felt you needed to leave this feedback but I feel there has been a misunderstanding. You sent me a massage on 10th Januaary explaining that your daughter needed to resit her A Level Geography this year and said ''we need to discuss how to do this and how assessments will work with you'' - obviously due to the exams being cancelled she can not actually resit. I immediately responded to this message - on the same day - with the following ''I'm really sorry but I am not sure I can help you with this. I can certainly tutor but I am not able to assess pupils to predict grades, that would have to be done through a school. I think you need to speak to your daughters old school and see what your options would be. Sorry I can't be of more help''. I have not heard from you since. I therefore feel your comments are completely unjustified. I do hope your daughter is able to gain the grades she needs in her A levels in the future.

Geography A level - Johanna is an excellent tutor, very approachable, well prepared and was able to fit us in at short notice. She explains everything very clearly and brilliant at giving coursework tips for improvement. We would highly recommend Johanna to future students.
