Biomedical Science student with previous background and experience in teaching biology, chemistry and maths. I am enthusiastic about helping others enjoy their subjects and understand them. I am a bubbly, organised and caring individual. I have an understanding nature that will allow me to communicate effectively in sensitive and complex situations. I believe that I have particularly useful skills in communication due to my previous employment. I am a fast learner and can work and think independently, both are skills developed during the course that I am studying. Furthermore, I am able to solve problems and adjust well to the environment I am working in.

I have been tutoring for over 2 years teaching biology, maths and chemistry between secondary and A levels.

Tutoring Approach

I teach according to my students needs. I will adapt to the student's preferred teaching method.
Going over topics and then testing the student with exam questions is an effective way of teaching. Ensuring that the lessons are interactive and engaging to keep the student learning throughout the lesson.
Lessons will last 60mins (1hr).
I have been tutoring for over 2 years and have taught a range of students. KS1 KS2, KS3, GCSE and A-levels.
