Hi, my name is Haddon and I'm a Theology Student at the London School of Theology.
I was a medical student for 4 years and did 2 years of research, before deciding to transfer to theology.
I enjoy teaching a lot and am very passionate about it. I have had experience teaching students in primary school during afterschool science clubs, running revision sessions in secondary school, and teaching my class during my AS Levels. I have also run revision group sessions for junior students in the university.
I believe every student has potential and I am very patient, and supportive and would love to help them reach their potential.
I strongly believe that education should be affordable and that it should be given by people who care.
I had to teach my maths AS Level Class for Core modules to my fellow peers when I was in sixthform.
I ran revision sessions for Science, Maths and French in secondary school.
I ran the Science Club in a local primary school and was teaching there.
I have run revision tutorials for university students and also was involved in small group teaching sessions.
I was a contributor to questions with worked solutions to website: https://www.uptostudy.co.uk/
Firstly, I will find out a little bit about you. I want to establish what your goals are. By determining what is specifically needed, can tailor the style and sessions to try and target the student's needs. We will do this by establishing the pre-existing knowledge of the student, thus enabling us to build on it or go back to the foundations if necessary.
My teaching style will include teaching the content and then working through questions with the student so that they can understand how to solve questions. I will also provide the student with questions and solutions after that. I aim to push the students, so if there are higher-level questions, I will provide them.
