Experienced and passionate teacher of Biology for 24 years. I have also been a Housemaster and Head of Sixth form, teaching in both the Independent and State sectors.
Tutoring Experience
I have taught KS3, GCSE and A level Biology for 24 years, whilst also teaching general science at KS3, and some GCSE Chemistry.
I am also a Tutor for the Boarding Schools Association.
Tutoring Approach
My approach is student-centred, focusing on what they need from each session and how they like to learn. I am very adaptable, I listen to feedback, and like to use a range of resources for online tutoring, including online whiteboards, collaborative workspaces, annotated diagrams, video clips, past paper questions, whilst drilling into exam technique if needed.
