Differentiated appropriately using pupil data and tailored resources to work with SEN pupils. Managed pupils behaviour effectively using school behaviour policy. Taught pupils ageing from 11-16. Topics taught include, particle theory, GCSE biology, energy and electricity and plants & photosynthesis.

Xaverian College, Manchester
Teaching A-level Chemistry at an outstanding sixth form. Developed excellent subject knowledge and ensured all pupils were challenged.

Lindley Junior School, Huddersfield
Gained an understanding in the use of synthetic phonics in helping pupils progress in reading. Carried out reading and comprehension activities with small groups.

North Huddersfield Trust School, Huddersfield
Worked mainly with SEN pupils and gained insight into strategies to tackle behaviour issues in the school environment.

Working with young children in groups and allowing inclusivity of children with SEN and EAL due to having Punjabi and Urdu as additional languages.

Tutoring Approach

I differentiate tasks to allow each pupil to fulfil their potential. Using a range of teaching techniques the pupil can feel comfortable with the learning. I aim to engage all learners an additional focus on exam technique.
