Tutoring Experience
I have 12 years experience of teaching English . I teach mainly 4- 11 year olds . I can help children struggling with phonics, reading,grammar and spelling.
Tutoring Approach
I work at a pace suitable to the child in question. I am patient, kind and professional. My resources used for teaching are : letter cards, word cards,pictures, reading books and whiteboards. I do a brief initial assessment to see where the child's starting point for learning will be. A lesson is normally 30-40 minutes due to the attention span of this age range.
