I am a holder of the Higher Education Diploma, issued by the South-Western University of Neophit Rilski, City of Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria. I have completed a 5 year higher education course of study in compliance with the educational and qualification degree “Master of Geography – Regional Development and Tourism”, with a Major in Tourism and by resolution of the State Examination Board, dated November 1997 were awarded the professional qualification “Geographer. Geography and Economics Teacher”. The length of my course of study is in accordance with Directive 2005/36/EU. The degree entitles me to teach in both secondary schools and further education in Bulgaria and all the EU member states, including the UK. This has been acknowledged by GTC who has recognised my qualification (QTS).
