I'm a highly qualified teacher from Chesterfield with over 16 years teaching experience. I am a Maths lead and advise across the Primary range. I have taught all ages in KS1 and 2 and have a particular passion for Early number development.

Tutoring Experience

I'm a qualified teacher with experience teaching across all age ranges within Primary for the last 16 years. I work with a range of children from different abilities and backgrounds and enjoy the opportunities of supporting learners and helping them to overcome their anxieties within Maths. I have been Maths lead at my school for 5 years and have worked on supporting pupils to become more comfortable with their Maths and to reach Mastery.

Tutoring Approach

I am an energetic teacher with a sense of humour. I always try to find the fun in learning, I especially enjoy Maths and early maths is a passion of mine exploring those missed steps with pupils that helps them to become confident mathematicians.
