2. Differentiated instruction: Adapting my teaching style to suit the needs and abilities of my students. This would be by providing additional resources or support for struggling learners, or challenging more advanced students with more complex problems.

3. Personalisation: Create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel valued and understood. Getting to know my students and their interests and preferences, and tailoring lessons to their needs.

4. Feedback: Regular feedback on students' progress and encouragement to self-reflect on learning. This helps to build confidence and motivation, and provides opportunities for further improvement.

The most effective teaching approach is one that is flexible, adaptable, and responsive to the needs of my students.
