Tutoring Experience

I have extensive experience in teaching IB, A level and iGCSE Biology, both in UK schools, and internationally. I have a proven track record of successfully supporting students in reaching their full potential, building confidence, and enjoying their time studying the biological sciences.

Tutoring Approach

All my tutoring sessions are designed specifically for each individual student, on a highly personalised basis, ensuring that lesson time is used to maximum effect and that rapid progress is achieved. Opportunities for ongoing assessment and feedback will be frequently incorporated, to ensure that sessions are fully always tailored to the needs of each student. Depending on the topic areas being covered, a wide range of engaging teaching and learning strategies will be utilised, including rigorous use of past-paper questions to fully prepare students for examination.
