I am a fully qualified teacher with QTS status. I have been teaching since 2013 and have previously taught in secondary schools, now teaching in a Sixth Form College, working as Director of Student Progess and teaching Level 3 Sport and Exercise Science. I have also previously been a subject leader, Lead Interval Verifier and External Standards Verifier for Edexcel.
I am an extremely approachable PE & Sports professional with extensive experience of working students student GCSE PE, Level 2 and 3 BTEC Sport and Level 3 BTEC Sport and Exercise Science. I have also supported elite athletes (premier league footballers and Olympic athletes) to gain their Level 3 Sport qualifications.
I am relaxed and approachable and can tailor my teaching methods to suit the individual needs of the
learner. I enjoy teaching young people and watching them develop their skills and knowledge to achieve and exceed their potential. I try to make learning as fun and engaging as possible!
