I am a Computer Science Head of Department at one of the country’s leading independent schools, with a degree in Computer Science and Masters in E-Technology. I have 7 years of experience working in industry as a software developer, specialising in web and windows applications. Main programming skills include: Python, Visual Basic, SQL, HTML, and PHP to a lesser extent.
I have spent the last 9 years working as a teacher and Head of Computer Science, delivering exceptional results at both GCSE and A-Level.
Every person has a preferred way of learning and I aim to assist in a way that best suits each individual by way of careful planning, adopting a structured approach and using my knowledge and years of experience in industry and teaching; this enables lessons to be challenging, rewarding and enjoyable.
