Tutoring Experience

I am a primary school teacher with an extensive background in preparing children for entrance exams and SATs as well as helping children exceed expectations in core subjects such as Maths and English.
Having achieved “outstanding” in my PGCE, I have been teaching at Primary Level for over 5 years, having a great deal of experience with Key Stage 2, primarily Year 5 and 6.
Currently I am teaching in primary schools, however, I have been tutoring for entrance exams since 2013 and have helped children pass independent grammar school exams as well as state grammar school exams.
I have experience in preparing children for both GL papers as well CEM papers and have had a 100% pass rate with all my students.

Tutoring Approach

My main methods of teaching involve theory and preparation for exams as well as extensive practice of exam questions to solidify their understanding and make sure that they are well prepared for whatever the exams will throw at them.
I cater my approach to the ability of the student and focus on building their confidence as well as knowledge to ensure they reach their full potential.
As of now, I am only able to take online students and this is proving a great success for both me and my students.
