I have been a registered adult nurse for the past 9 years working in many environments. I am also a lecturer at Coleg Sir Gar within Health, Social Care and Access.
My lecturing experience has varied over 3 levels (1,2 and 3). However, I have been mentoring students and supporting staff for a number of years through guidance and teaching experience.
My teaching style is individualised and extremely supportive. My learners take the time they need to process our sessions and feedback on ways in which they feel I can meet their needs and how I feel they could benefit from my support.
