I live in Worcester, am married and have four children ranging from three up to fourteen years old. I love to exercise, read, sew and sing!

Tutoring Experience

I taught in Birmingham for ten years before taking the step to become a supply teacher. I am currently teaching year 6 part-time on a long-term contract. Prior to becoming a teacher I worked in a children's home where education was often delivered within the unit.

Tutoring Approach

Where possible, my aim is to tailor the work to the child and their interests in order to gain their full co-operation. I also find that they are more likely to understand what they are being taught if they can relate to the learning in some way.
