My name is Ella Removed and I am here to help your child develop and prosper through education. Whether you would like to lay the foundations of their academic career or aid them with their learning and achieving qualifications that will set them on the path of opportunities. I am delighted to offer tutoring services for young children just starting primary, all the way up to GCSE and A-level. I take joy in being able to nurture others through sharing my knowledge and appreciation of the subjects I teach, I also love learning and hope to pass some of that on to the student; although not all children will grow to love their subject, at least I can help them understand it and not despise it as much as they might.

Prices range from around £17 / hour + ,depending on the level of education required and whether it is at your house, mine or online.

Tutoring Experience

I studied at Tiffin School (Kingston) for my Sixth Form education and Waldegrave School for Girls (Twickenham) for my Secondary School education. I recently completed my A-Levels (2023) and achieved:

A Chemistry (AQA)

I also possess a place at Edinburgh University for Physics (second year entry) taking place next academic year.
At Tiffin, I would help the younger years learn maths and I also have experience tutoring family friends.

Tutoring Approach

I encourage children to find a way to enjoy the subject and learning process, staying patient when they are frustrated with a question and I always make sure to let them try to figure out how to solve something themselves, offering help with how to approach a problem and going over the method if they are struggling.
Especially with older children I work with what they want to do to help them feel more in control of their education and time, as well as helping them to establish how best they learn and revise.
