I am currently a paralegal, also studying towards a Master of Jurisprudence (MJur) remotely at Durham University. I currently live in Cambridge, with regular trips to London for work, and enjoy choral singing and volunteering in my spare time.
Tutoring Experience
I have been tutoring since 2017 and gained around 70 hours of tutoring experience as well as eight hours teaching a small group IP law at Durham (remotely). I have mainly focused on law, teaching subjects as varied as Contract and Criminology, and have provided assistance with dissertations at undergraduate and Masters level. I have also tutored in science and Latin.
Tutoring Approach
I take an enthusiastic and positive approach to teaching. Instead of lecturing my students, I prefer to ask questions to help them reach the answer themselves to increase independence and confidence.
