40 years as a sound designer for Emu, Roland and Akai. 30 years as a tutor.

Tutoring Approach

I evaluate what the student requires and create a custom course to best suit the individual's needs. I provide reference content to supplement the bespoke course and make sure to guide the student through every step of the learning process. I cover all aspects of hardware and software (DAW) recording, mixing, production, and mastering. I am fluent in Logic, Cubase, and Reaper and can help you to master your DAW. I work on your content as this is a better approach than working with professionally recorded content. Part of the course is to provide mentoring and I am a huge fan of helping a student not only realise their dreams but to help emotionally, spiritually, and commercially.
