I am a student who is studying BSc Economics at the University of Warwick. I have experience with Oxbridge admissions (expertise in TSA S1 and TMUA entrance exams) with personal statement/university application guidance available. I have achieved A*A*A in my A Levels in 2023 (A* in Mathematics and Further Mathematics), achieving the highest in the year for Economics and Further Mathematics as well as the second highest in Mathematics. I have also won Economist of the Year in my school.
I have been teaching a range of students, from GCSE to A Level, and have given university application help (particularly on personal statement advice) to students.
My approach is to have the end goal (i.e., final examination) in mind with lessons. I use exam-style questions to ensure that students can tackle these questions on the day of their exams. I use the examples of these questions to explain topics if need be, and this way students can keep track of how they're improving relative to what is required.
