Hi! I'm Dave, Removed! I've been a teacher for over eight years, a few years ago I started up a photography business shooting weddings and families but missed teaching so am now offering online KS2 tutoring. I have also been a supply teacher and have an enhanced DBS check.

Tutoring Experience

I have taught for eight years as a primary school teacher across KS2, with a range of abilities. I also worked as the school SENCO (Special Needs Coordinator) for 2 terms so have a good understanding of working with special needs.

Tutoring Approach

• The aim is to make learning as much fun as possible.
• All sessions will start with a fun activity to engage your child and then we will focus on whatever it is they need be that Maths, English, a memory game.
• I will communicate closely with you, about what your child is struggling with and ultimately what is helping so we can keep working on it together!
• For now, all the sessions will be online as that’s all the current guidelines will allow. In time for those who are local I may look at offering face to face tuition as well.
• Sessions will run via Bramble (a specialist online tutoring software), they will be fully risk assessed, and parents are expected to be present at the start and end, and close by for the duration of the session.
