I am an experienced and enthusiastic French tutor, native speaker in French.
Also born in a Venezuelan family, Spanish was widely spoken at home, and I speak Spanish fluently.

I grew up in Paris, where I did all my Education until my bachelor’s degree at the Paris University, before moving to London in 2014. I have a genuine passion for languages, and specifically for Literature in French, essays, and all kinds of elaborated ways of writing and speaking that one can also find in Theatre, Cinema, Poetry, Philosophy and other humanities disciplines.
Cultivating this passion has allowed me to develop a perfectly accurate eye and fine ear for all the specificities and subtleties of the French language, and in a very varied palette of styles. It has ultimately led me to teach French privately for several years, and to work as a French proofreader and translator since 2020.

Tutoring Experience

I have been teaching French privately for several years to all kinds of people and for all kinds of needs – whether it is for the preparation of exams with the need of mastering solid vocabulary and grammar skills, or through conversations and more spoken orientated practice.

As a tutor I aim to teach with simple, clear and effective principles and methods.
I also conduct research to find the best suitable learning material for each student, adapted to their requirements, goals and personality.

My rates are as follows:

LESSONS IN PERSON
£30 per hour.

TRAVEL FEES
For lessons in person, an additional fee can be added depending on travel time, costs and distances.

ONLINE LESSONS
£30 per hour.
