Hi! I am a Primary School teacher and dad of 2 young boys. When I'm not teaching, I love spending time with my family, running in the outdoors and watching football.
I have recently written a children's picture book that I would love to get published one day.

Tutoring Experience

I have been teaching for 7 years and have experience teaching pupils in Key Stage One and Key Stage Two. I also have experience teaching pupils with SEND in Key Stage Two, Three and Four.
I have a wealth of experience teaching pupils in Year 6 and preparing them for SATs, as well as getting them ready to take that next step into Secondary education.
I also have over 3 years experience teaching pupils in Year One. I have a fantastic knowledge of early reading and maths and I have a passion for seeing pupils progress and fulfil their full potential.

Tutoring Approach

I like to use a child-led approach to teaching and learning and I ensure I adapt my teaching style to meet the needs of the individual pupil.
I ensure learning is fun and challenging, yet accessible for all pupils. Lessons are always engaging, resourced well paced.
I am happy to teach pupils across all Key Stages in Maths, English (including phonics), as well as exam preparation such as SATs and 11+ Entry Exams.
