I’m a young, knowledgable and enthusiastic teacher. I am well known for the support that I have provided my students through the past number of years and will continue to do so moving forward.

Tutoring Experience

Currently working as Head of Science and Lead Chemist in an outstanding school in SW London. I have achieved excellent A-level results with ~25% of the latest cohort achieving A* pass. I have multiple years experiencing teaching both Y12/Y13.

Tutoring Approach

Students would describe as firm but fair. I believe in truly mastering the content before jumping to exam questions. Promoting discussions to further understanding is important to success. I understand that tutoring is an additional support to what goes on in the classroom so I encourage the students to bring their problems each week.
