I'm a University of Southampton 1st Class Mechanical Engineering Graduate with a passion for science and self-development. I've been working as a Mechanical Engineer for 7 years in medical robotics and I am now starting my own business. Back in school I used to be very passionate about Physics and Astrophysics and used to love going to Science competitions.

Tutoring Experience

I am passionate about inspiring younger people to follow their dreams. I've got extensive experience in teaching and training junior engineers and I am particularly passionate about mentoring young women interested in science and engineering.
I'm starting out with GCSEs maths tutoring but will expand to more levels and Physics soon.

Tutoring Approach

I belive that self-confidence is built through learning and challenging yourself in a constructive manner. My teaching style is very friendly, flexible, tailored to the needs of the student and focused on their goals. I am looking to develop a good relationship with my students and understand their particular needs, goals and style of learning. I'm happy to create a structured study plan integrated with the school curriculum or work with the student on subjects of their choice that they need support with. I believe any difficult topic can be easily understood if broken down into simple concepts.
