I’m a PhD student in Pure Mathematics at the University of Sheffield with a deep passion for helping others understand and enjoy maths. I specialise in number theory and abstract algebra, but I love teaching all areas of mathematics—from high school topics to advanced university-level courses. Whether you're preparing for exams, working on assignments, or simply trying to boost your confidence in maths, I'm here to support you every step of the way.

Tutoring Experience

I have several years of experience tutoring students at both secondary school and university levels, including undergraduate maths courses. During my PhD, I have also taught and marked modules for engineering and science students, and I’ve run tutorials and office hours for larger lecture courses. I’ve worked with students from the UK, the US, and beyond, and I’m confident supporting learners of all abilities, from those struggling with the basics to those looking for an academic challenge.

My teaching style is patient, flexible, and tailored to each student’s needs. I aim to build a strong conceptual understanding while also helping students develop problem-solving strategies and exam technique.
