salve! I am an enthusiastic and experienced Latin/ Classics teacher who wants to further support those who wish to learn Latin and the world of Classics. I focus on ensuring there is support and challenge within the lesson and work with the student to ensure they are able to progress and succeed.

Tutoring Experience

I am a qualified teacher with a PGCE from the University of Cambridge. I have been Head Of Latin for two years and have designed exciting curriculum to promote passion and motivation in KS3 and KS4 learners.

Tutoring Approach

My approach to teaching is to work with the student to ensure that they remain positive and passionate about this subject. I am an animated tutor who uses the Cambridge Latin Course or De Romanis textbooks to ensure fluency within Latin. Using the reading method and my guidance, my lessons promote problem solving and pattern recognition skillsets within the students when reading Latin and inspires confidence when meeting larger texts.
