Tutoring Experience

I've been teaching for over 12 years and for the last 4 of those I've been the Head of Maths at a large inner London comprehensive which has achieved outstanding results in that time (regularly in the top 10% for progress in the country). I have also tutored several students privately in the past, all of whom have made excellent progress and gone on to achieve results that they were really proud of, most notably students getting in to the most competitive sixth forms and universities in this country and in the USA.

Tutoring Approach

I'm passionate about my subject and for helping students find connections between topics at all levels. I will provide students with additional work to complete outside of the class and mark and support as necessary as well as feed back to parents on their progress.
