Tutoring Approach

Responsive teaching that meets the needs of the pupils. Teaching to the top - there is no glass ceiling. Every pupil to achieve the highest grade possible.

Pupils are taught to decode questions, initially with scaffolding and support moving to independent practice.

I ensure pupils have firm foundations on which to build on. This ensures that pupils have the deep knowledge needed to apply to new contexts.

Good working knowledge of maths to ensure pupils are able to confidently approach maths elements of science questions.
