Tutoring Experience

I am currently a secondary school teacher in South London, teaching English and Media across the school to approximately 180 students. Being in the classroom everyday means I have an array of different teaching and learning strategies. I hold experience teaching hundreds of students with a range of learning preferences, special educational needs and abilities, teaching KS3, KS4 and literacy classes. Being in a school setting also ensures I remain up to date with exam board training, resulting in a secure and confident knowledge of the new GCSE curriculum and grades 9-1.

I am fully qualified and able to tutor in the following subjects:
KS3 & KS4/GCSE English (age 11-16)
GCSE Media
GCSE Sociology

Tutoring Approach

I absolutely love my job as an educational practitioner and seek to inspire young people both inside the classroom and as a tutor. My main focus is to enable students to surpass their own expectations and strive for the very best in education.
