Tutoring Experience

I am currently a Secondary Maths teacher in my ninth year of teaching. I teach KS3 and both Higher and Foundation GCSE. I have taught exam classes and achieved excellent results with many students surpassing their target grades. I am an Edexcel GCSE Maths examiner so I am aware of exam techniques and what it takes to gain the marks in different questions.

Tutoring Approach

As a teacher, I am aware that students face barriers to succeeding in maths and aim to allow them to reach their potential through building their confidence on the basics and then allowing them to challenge themselves.
