I am a fully registered, experienced chemistry teacher in Renfrewshire council with experience of teaching all levels from BGE to Advanced Higher. Prior to becoming a Chemistry teacher I have worked as a synthetic organic chemist as well as in the investment banking industry.

Tutoring Experience

I am an experienced chemistry tutor and have been privately tutoring National 5 and Higher Chemistry for the past 7 years. I have helped coach many students through their exams and provided 1 on 1 support to pull them up into higher grade boundaries.

Tutoring Approach

I approach each learner differently depending on the ways young people like to learn. During the first session I have with a young person I will discuss with them how they enjoy learning and what helps them when studying and going over material, building a unique and individual plan to approach revision and studying.
