Brett is such an amazing teacher, has strong subject knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills . He has tutored my son A level biology which has really helped him acquire a comprehensive understanding of the subject and more importantly confidence. His grades have significantly improved. Received Grades ABB for Biology, Chemistry and Maths respectively. Successful application for Bristol University to do Pharmacology.
I only ever received AAB in chemistry tests since starting Brett's sessions.

My son is quite like Brett's lesson, his lessons are interesting and fast paced. However, he's keeping cancel or reschedule lessons too often and always last minute notice, we only had two lessons during easter holiday and two lessons in the whole July so far. This is not good if you have important exam coming soon or wish to have intensive tutorials.

Brett really made a difference to my daughter's A level Biology revision, she only wished she had started earlier! She thought Brett's explanations and teaching style was really intuitive and thorough - he really made the content much easier to understand. Some of his class times had to be changed but he always communicated clearly and tried his best to work around my daughter's schedule.

We are grateful for Brett's input and I will certainly be in contact again if my son needs similar help in the future. Recommended - five stars!

Good tutor. My daughter is pleased with Brett's teaching method and hopes he'll be able to help her improve her grades in A-level biology/chemistry.

My son was struggling with A level organic chemistry. Mini exams looming and we decided to reach out to Brett.
Brett listened, guided and provided valuable, insightful support. He focused on the key topics and provided valuable exam tips which culminated in improved confidence. My son was able to take his exams… confidently. Only wish we’d reached out to Brett earlier. If your son/daughter is struggling with Chemistry, then I’d recommend Brett.

Brett has been tutoring my son, in A level Chemistry, for the past 8 months. Over that time, I have seen his confidence and enjoyment of Chemistry increase hugely.

My son as had both group and 1:1 tailored tuition with Brett and has really enjoyed and benefited from both. This is down to Brett being an incredibly friendly, approachable, and flexible tutor. Brett has helped him prepared for end of topic assessments as well as the final ‘A’ level assessments and always shows an interest in his progress. Brett is incredibly knowledgeable not only about the curriculum but also the subject matter.
As a parent I have appreciated the time that Brett has taken to not only prepare and deliver lessons but also to engage with my son in shared interests – definitely the way to get a teenager on board!

Brett is an excellent tutor, who successfully engages his students in science in a very accessible and friendly way whilst at the same time focusing their mind on both, their immediate exam/assessment goals as well as for their future study/career choices. Brett is an excellent tutor and I found the group revision sessions particularly helpful!

Friendly and interactive but he was very busy and coudnt offer my son 1 to 1s until June.
The problem is that we learned that on Saturday the 1st of May, when my son was unaware that he will have a lesson with another student. He thought he was having 1 to 1s.
Markos struggles beeing with people he doesnt know and he felt quite stressed. I informed Brian about that, he apologised but he said he cant offer 1 to 1s until June.
We need a teacher for Markos asap as his Mocks are fast approaching.

I had two sessions with Britt, and in only two hours he helped me to understand the assignment I failed and couldn’t do for three months! He explained analytical, organic and general chemistry (university level) and made them all a piece of cake for me! Definitely gonna ask for his help the next time I struggle with chemistry. Thanks Brett!

Brett is a great tutor (I have him for Chemistry) and even from the first session he’s been helpful and I definitely see myself coming back to him in university, if my money’s not tight!

Very pleased with the tutoring Brett has provided. From the outset he was interested in how best to tutor in terms of teaching style to suit my daughter and has proven to be both very knowledgeable of the subject matter and the exam framework.

Brett is a great tutor, making sure you understand the context in depth and working with you to strengthen your knowledge in the subject. I have gained much more confidence and now enjoy lessons.

Brett is an excellent tutor. He is currently tutoring my Son A level Biology and I couldn’t of wished to of found a better tutor. Brett helps to identify the weaknesses in the said subject and tailors the tutoring sessions perfect to that topic . Brett constantly makes sure that you understand the topic and even goes beyond and tells you a little more information. He is very friendly, adaptable and makes you feel at ease. Would highly recommend this tutor.
