My name is Beatriz and I am from Sevilla, southern Spain. My passion is teaching and always has been. I love walking, reading and culture in general.
I consider myself an open minded person that allows me to be very approachable and emphatic. My lessons are always fun.
Tutoring Experience
I have been teaching for over 10 years both in Spain and UK. My teaching experience cover not only private tutoring, but also public schools. I have taught under the Spanish curriculum, the UK and also the IB syllabus: Critical thinking, Philosophy, RS and Ethics.
Furthermore, I have been teaching Spanish as a second language as private tutor and, also currently I teach Spanish in MLANG at Cardiff University.
Tutoring Approach
I am very adaptable regarding the needs of my students. Not one of the are the same so I believe that different approaches are needed depending on how the students learn.
Because of my large experience in teaching, I have worked with many textbooks and also I have developed my own resources.
