I have excellent science communication and teaching skills. I am currently doing PhD in Medical Science program at the University of Cambridge. I have MSc and BSc degrees in Molecular Genetics and Biology from the University of Toronto. I have peer-reviewed publications and more than 8 years of teaching experience. I love teaching biology and do my best to prepare my students for exams and get them good marks. My top priority is the student's academic success. I will use my teaching skills to get you to the apex of knowledge with enthusiasm and productivity along the road.

Tutoring Experience

I have over 8 years of experience teaching biological sciences. I tutor biology for university admissions including SAT biology, GCSE biology, IB biology SL and HL and undergraduate and bachelor degree courses in biology, physiology, biochemistry and genetics and prepare students for exams, midterms, and finals aiming the sessions in a specific direction to teach you some nice tricks to properly address test questions and get good marks. I will increase your exam performance to make you an A+ student and the only pre-requisite I need from you is your curiosity. I use a lot of resources for teaching including useful diagrams, practice questions, case studies, past midterms/exams

Tutoring Approach

My approach to tutoring is to initiate your interest and to spark your curiosity which is ingrained in all of us. Using the Socratic method of teaching which involves constructive discussions and argumentative dialogue makes the topics and concepts more interesting and easier to understand which is then followed by practice questions, case studies and mock exam to prepare for specific tests. I always get positive feedback from my previous students. I love teaching and make the most of it to help my students.
